What are your charms made of?
Our charms are made of .925 sterling silver or pewter. We use only nickel-, lead-, and cadmium-free materials, making them safe for sensitive skin.
Where are your charms made?
Every charm is designed and manufactured in our Albuquerque, New Mexico facility. We are proudly Made in the USA, and every piece is hand-inspected by our small team before it ships.
How do I size a charm bracelet?
Measure your wrist snugly above the wrist bone, then add ½" to 1" for comfort with charms attached:
- 5.5"–6.0" wrist → 6.5" bracelet
- 6.0"–6.5" wrist → 7.0" bracelet
- 6.5"–7.0" wrist → 7.5" bracelet
- 7.0"–7.5" wrist → 8.0" bracelet
When do I get free shipping?
Free USPS First Class shipping on US orders over $50 (continental US only). Free UPS Ground on US orders over $600.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — international shipping is available at checkout. Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders. The customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees.
