All in-stock orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours. Please note that we don't ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.
- Standard Shipping: Receive your order in 4-8 business days.
- Priority Shipping: Receive your order within 3-5 business days.
- Express Shipping: Receive your order within 2-3 business days.
Please note that we don't currently offer an overnight shipping option.
Returns
Charm Factory offers some of the best quality sterling silver charms, beads, and jewelry components. We believe in our products and are confident you will be happy with your purchase!
We offer a 14-day 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back. If you'd like to request a return, please contact us at info@charmfactory.com.
Late returns on items after the 14-day period will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. In other words, if a return request is submitted 15 or more days after receiving your order, you will be refunded 75% of the purchase price.
Gift with Purchase Offers
Free items included with qualifying purchases must be returned with the qualifying purchase, or the value of the gift(s) will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Protection
We understand that online shopping introduces certain challenges. To address shipping concerns, we offer an optional protection option at checkout. Choosing shipping protection allows us to send you a replacement order if your package is lost or damaged. In cases when a replacement item is no longer available, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
When Should I File a Claim?
Please contact customer service at info@charmfactory.com when:
- Orders are delivered to the incorrect address
- Orders have not moved or updated tracking in more than 5 business days
- Orders have been lost or marked as "lost" by the carrier
- Orders marked as "delivered" by the carrier are missing more than 3 business days
- Orders damaged in transit
- Order missing items due to packages being damaged or tampered with during transit
What Is Not Covered?
- Missing orders due to incorrect or insufficient address information provided at checkout
- Orders are not considered lost due to weather or carrier delays
- Orders that have already been replaced or refunded under Shipping Protection
How to File a Claim
Email info@charmfactory.com with:
- Subject line: "Shipping Protection Claim" or "Order Lost"
- Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)
- Description of the issue
- Photo of damage if available
Please allow 7 business days to process your claim.
Please Note
- Shipping Protection is optional and non-refundable
- Shipping Protection cannot be canceled after an order has shipped
- Lost or damaged packages will not be reshipped or refunded if no protection was purchased
- We reserve the right to deny claims due to insurance fraud and/or abuse
