What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
How much does shipping cost?
FREE USPS First Class shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental US. UPS Ground is free on orders over $600. International rates calculated at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders ship within 36 hours (Mon–Fri, 9AM–4PM MST). USPS First Class: 3–5 business days. UPS Ground: 1–5 days. UPS 2-Day and Next Day also available.
Is my shipment insured?
USPS: add insurance at checkout for $1.50 per $100. UPS shipments are automatically insured.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International options shown at checkout. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns accepted within 30 days for items in new, unworn condition. Email sales@charmfactory.com to start. Engraved items are final sale.
What if I receive a defective item?
We hand-inspect every item, but if something slips through, email us a photo and we'll replace it.

What materials are your charms made from?
.925 sterling silver or pewter, manufactured in the USA. Free from nickel, lead, and cadmium.
Do charms come with jump rings?
Yes! Every charm ships with a free jump ring included.
How do I choose the right bracelet size?
Measure your wrist and add ½"–1" for comfort. See our Sizing Guide for detailed recommendations.

How many charms fit on a bracelet?
6.5": 8–12 charms | 7.0": 10–15 | 7.5": 12–18 | 8.0": 14–20. Larger charms take more space.
Engraving
Do you offer engraving?
Yes! Laser engraving done in-house in New Mexico. Browse Engravable Charms and Tags.
Can I return an engraved item?
No — engraved items are final sale as they are personalized for you.
