How do I care for my sterling silver charm?
Put your jewelry on last — after lotions, perfume, sunscreen, and hairspray. Remove it before swimming, showering, cleaning, exercising, or sleeping. Wipe with a soft lint-free cloth after each wear.
How do I clean sterling silver?
For light tarnish, polish with a soft lint-free silver-polishing cloth. For deeper cleaning, soak in lukewarm water with a few drops of mild dish soap for 5–10 minutes, scrub gently with a soft-bristle brush, rinse, and pat dry.
What are the engraving character limits?
Limits depend on tag size:
- Small charm/tag: 1 line, 8–10 characters
- Medium tag: 2 lines, 12–15 characters per line
- Large tag/pendant: 3 lines, 15–18 characters per line
